Thank you for submitting your intake form. Below is the complete timeline so you know exactly what happens next.
Step 1 — Invoice Sent
We review your intake details and send your invoice by email. Once payment is completed, your campaign officially moves into processing.
Step 2 — Processing (48–72 Hours)
During processing, we complete the technical and data setup required to launch your campaign:
- Pull targeted property data
- Skip trace the list so it is callable
- Build your personal campaign dashboard
- Configure reporting + lead routing
Processing typically takes 48–72 hours depending on list size and market.
Step 3 — Dashboard Credentials Sent
Once processing is complete, you will receive:
- Your dashboard link
- Your username
- Your password
Step 4 — Official Campaign Start Day
The day you receive your dashboard login is your setup complete day.
Your official campaign start date is the following business day.

- Call volume and contact rates vary by market.
- We guarantee roof inspections but we do not guarantee outcomes. Each company outcome will depend on the skill level of their sales people handling the inpsection.
